As Ginsburg Law Group’s Debt Defendant Communications Manager, Tonya serves as a key point of connection between our debt defense clients and the legal team. She helps ensure clients remain informed, supported, and engaged throughout every stage of their case—from the initial stages of representation through resolution.
With a strong background in leadership, communications, marketing, and client service, Tonya brings both organization and empathy to a process that can often feel overwhelming for clients. She focuses on providing clear, timely communication, helping clients understand what is happening with their case, coordinating updates with the legal team, and making sure client questions and concerns reach the right person.
Before transitioning into her current role, Tonya helped lead Ginsburg Law Group’s marketing, intake, and legal plan initiatives. Her previous experience in the sports and entertainment industry also gave her extensive experience connecting with diverse audiences, managing communications, and creating positive client and customer experiences. She now brings those skills directly to the firm’s growing debt defense practice.
Outside the office, Tonya helps families plan unforgettable Disney Resort vacations, combining her organizational skills with her love of creating memorable experiences.
Tonya has been married to her husband, Matt, for 13 years, and together they have two children, Sawyer and Laney. A dedicated Philly sports fan, she and her family can often be found cheering on their favorite teams. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, crafting, and supporting her kids at their sporting events.
