How to Prepare for Your Estate Planning Call
Your estate planning call is most productive when we have the right information in advance. Before your appointment, please complete your online estate planning questionnaire as fully as possible. This helps us understand your goals, family structure, assets, and any concerns you want addressed.
Before Your Call
Please take time to gather and review the following:
1. Complete Your Online Questionnaire
Your estate planning questionnaire should be completed before your call. The more detail you provide, the better prepared we will be to discuss your options.

2. Think About Your Goals
Consider what matters most to you, such as protecting your children, avoiding family conflict, minimizing probate, planning for incapacity, or deciding who should manage your affairs.
Not sure where to start?

3. Identify Key Decision-Makers
Be prepared to discuss who you would trust to serve as executor, trustee, guardian for minor children, financial power of attorney, and health care agent.

4. Review Your Assets
You do not need exact values, but it is helpful to have a general understanding of your home, bank accounts, retirement accounts, life insurance, business interests, and other significant property.

5. List Your Questions
Write down any questions or concerns you want to cover so we can make sure they are addressed during the call.
And… don’t forget to check out our FAQs!
What We’ll Discuss
During your estate planning call, we will review your questionnaire, discuss your goals, identify the documents that may be appropriate for your situation, and explain the next steps in the process.
Completing your questionnaire in advance allows us to spend less time gathering basic information and more time creating a plan that fits your needs.
