Consultation Policy

Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, free consultations are limited to matters that fall within our practice areas and appear, following an initial review, to be a potential fit for our firm. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee a free consultation or representation.

Before scheduling, prospective clients must complete our intake form and provide sufficient information for us to evaluate the matter. Some consultations may require a consultation fee, which will be disclosed in advance.

A consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. Ginsburg Law Group, P.C. represents a client only after the firm has completed its review and both the client and the firm have signed a written engagement agreement. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until an attorney-client relationship has been established.
