Throughout her career, Niccole has held a variety of leadership and analytical positions, where she successfully managed complex projects, vendor relationships, and client communications. Her ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions has made her a valuable asset in every role she has undertaken. Prior to becoming Debt Defense Team Manager, Niccole served as Assistant Manager of the Debt Defense team, where she played a key role in supporting daily operations, mentoring staff, and helping clients navigate challenging situations.
Niccole is highly regarded for her collaborative leadership style, organizational expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
