Amy Ginsburg is a dedicated and experienced consumer rights attorney. She is a graduate of Drexel University, where she earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and International Area Studies. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. Before embarking on her legal career, Amy spent several years as a trader at a major regional brokerage firm, honing her analytical skills and gaining firsthand insight into the complexities of financial markets—experience she now leverages on behalf of her clients. Committed to serving her clients with a deep understanding of their concerns, Amy is also completing coursework in automotive mechanics to better assist clients with Lemon Law and warranty-related matters.
With a career defined by unwavering advocacy for consumers, Amy has developed extensive experience representing individuals facing financial hardship, fraud, and unfair business practices. Her practice is focused on protecting the rights of consumers in cases involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Pennsylvania Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act, (FCRA) Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state and federal Lemon Laws, breach of warranty, and consumer fraud. She also represents clients in debt defense litigation, foreclosure matters, and maintains a robust estate planning practice. In addition to her legal credentials, Amy holds a real estate license in Pennsylvania and regularly handles real estate matters at her firm, providing comprehensive support to clients navigating both legal and transactional issues.
Amy is a recognized voice on consumer law issues and has been interviewed on numerous talk shows and news programs. Her insights have helped educate the public on matters affecting consumer rights and financial protections.
