Gracie serves as the Head of Ginsburg Law Group’s Asset Protection & Estate Planning Department, where she helps individuals and families safeguard their assets, secure their financial futures, and plan for the next generation. Her practice focuses on estate planning, bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, and consumer financial protection, providing clients with comprehensive solutions to preserve what matters most.
With more than 25 years of legal experience, Gracie guides clients through some of life’s most significant financial and legal challenges. She assists individuals and families with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives, while also helping clients navigate bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosure actions, creditor issues, and other matters affecting their financial security. Her broad legal background allows her to develop practical strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and long-term goals.
Known for her compassionate approach and dedication to client service, Gracie works closely with each client to provide clear guidance, strong advocacy, and peace of mind during difficult and often stressful situations. Whether helping a family establish an estate plan, protecting a homeowner from foreclosure, or assisting someone seeking a fresh financial start through bankruptcy, she is committed to achieving meaningful results and protecting her clients’ interests.
A graduate of Temple University with degrees in Psychology and English, Gracie went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Outside of work, Gracie enjoys spending time with her family, practicing Pilates, and hiking.
