Melanie is the Consumer Protection & Business Relief Team Manager at Ginsburg Law Group, where she oversees a team dedicated to helping consumers and business owners navigate complex legal and financial challenges. With more than a decade of consumer litigation experience, she focuses on matters involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Lemon Law, Consumer Fraud, business debt relief, merchant cash advance (MCA) disputes, and real estate transactions.

Known for her strategic thinking, attention to detail, and client-centered approach, Melanie works closely with clients and the firm’s legal team to ensure efficient case management and exceptional service. Her extensive background in consumer advocacy and litigation support allows her to guide clients through difficult situations while helping them pursue meaningful resolutions and financial relief.

Melanie holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University and is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, has recently taken up golf, and—fun fact—has a twin sister.
