Melanie is an accomplished Senior Litigation Paralegal with extensive experience in consumer litigation and a strong focus on debt defense. She plays a vital role in supporting our attorneys by drafting pleadings, managing complex litigation calendars, and ensuring timely, accurate court submissions. In addition to her litigation work, Melanie leads our Business Debt Department. She also oversees our Real Estate Department.
Her background includes six years at a consumer litigation firm, where she developed the strategic thinking and attention to detail that define her work today. Earlier in her career, Melanie served with the Philadelphia Public Defender’s Office, The Philadelphia Reentry Coalition, and the Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program, deepening her commitment to advocacy and client-focused service. She holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University and is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys time with her family, has recently taken up golf, and—fun fact—has a twin sister.
