STEP ONE: CONFIRM COVERAGE
Check with our Legal Plan team to find out what is covered under your legal plan or insurance policy. Our team is familiar with all major policies/plans and can help you figure out what is covered and what out of pocket expenses you may have, if any.

STEP TWO: COMPLETE OUR ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE
Help us learn more about you and how you want to structure your plan. The questionnaire does not cover all possible areas of planning but gives us some general information that will help guide the discussion when we first meet. If you aren’t sure how to answer something, that’s ok. We can discuss any questions you have during our first meeting.

STEP THREE: SET UP A MEETING
Email our Estate Planning team to meet with us to review your Questionnaire. We will discuss how you want to structure your plan and gather the additional information we need to start drafting your documents.

STEP FOUR: SET UP YOUR ONLINE PORTALS
You will receive an email invitation to set up your CLIO portal from our team. Our team will typically send documents to you through our secure portal.
You also should set up a portal with YOUREFOLIO at the link below. Final documents will be stored in the YourEfolio portal. This portal also allows you to store other important documents, including important information about funeral information, and so much more. You can also designate an individual to have access to this information once you pass away.

STEP FIVE: REVIEW DRAFT DOCUMENTS
Once you receive your draft documents, please review them and advise us of any changes, additions, or deletions. If you require a second meeting to review the documents, we can also set up a second meeting. Once the documents are approved, we will send you the final documents.
STEP SIX: EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS
You can have the documents notarized on your own or set up an appointment with a notary in our office by emailing [email protected]. Our notary charges $5 per page for notary services.
If you execute the documents with our office, we will upload a copy to YourEfolio for you.
