Job Title: Estate Planning Paralegal

Ginsburg Law Group is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a client-focused environment, excels at managing complex estate planning matters, and is ready to take ownership of a key practice area.
About the Role
The Estate Planning Paralegal will oversee the day-to-day operations of our estate planning practice, support attorneys in document drafting and case management, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and skilled at guiding clients through sensitive and important life-planning decisions.
Responsibilities

Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives

Manage the intake, organization, and processing of estate planning matters from start to finish

Coordinate and maintain calendars, client communications, and document execution appointments

Perform legal research related to estate planning

Review financial and personal information to accurately prepare documents and ensure compliance

Maintain internal workflows, checklists, and procedures to ensure efficient practice management
-
Work closely with attorneys to ensure accurate and timely completion of client deliverables

Assist with probate filings and estate administration tasks as needed
-
Provide exceptional client service, including status updates and answering client questions
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal in wills, trusts, or estate planning

Strong understanding of estate planning concepts, legal terminology, and probate procedures
-
Excellent drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
-
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Professional communication skills and a client-centered approach

Proficiency in legal practice management software and Microsoft Office

Paralegal certification preferred but not required
