Amy Lynn Bennecoff Ginsburg (Attorney)
Amy is a graduate of Drexel University, holding dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and International Area Studies. Following graduation from college, she earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law.
Since law school she has practiced in various areas of civil litigation including real estate, commercial, personal injury, and bankruptcy. Her current practice area involves representing consumers in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Pennsylvania Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act, Truth in Lending, Lemon Law, breach of warranty, and consumer fraud cases, as well as representing consumers in debt defense cases and foreclosures. She has been interviewed on various talk shows and news programs on consumer issues.
She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Tennessee, Wyoming, California, Florida, Texas and Arizona. In addition she is admitted to practice before the following U.S. District Courts: District Courts of New Jersey; Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania; Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee; District of Colorado; Eastern, Southern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas; Southern, Central, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California; Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; Northern District of Ohio; Central and Northern Districts of Illinois; Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan; District Court of Maryland; Northern , Southern and Middle Districts of Florida; District of Columbia; District of Arizona; and District of Wyoming. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Amy is also very involved in her community and serves on the Boards of the Wissahickon School District and Montgomery County Intermediate Unit.

Michele Finney (Legal Plan Coordinator)
Michele is a graduate of Penn State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She was the director for a school food service program for about 6 years before she decided to stay home with her children. Last year she went back to school and attended Drexel University where she studied Human Lactation. Michele manages our legal plan and legal insurance work.
In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and friends, in addition to reading and traveling!

Danielle Wichert (Legal Assistant)
Danielle graduated from Montgomery County Community College with an associate’s degree in general studies which propelled her into graduating from Harcum College in 2013 with a degree in Science of Occupational Therapy Assisting, where she worked in the geriatric population of a SNF for 3 years prior to having her children. Danielle stepped away from therapy to raise her boys, she has since begun a successful cleaning company and works part-time as a personal caretaker for a local family’s elderly mother.
In her spare time Danielle enjoys exercising, running to be exact. Also spending quality time with her husband and 2 sons on family bike rides and trail hiking. She spends a lot of time enjoying her boys sporting events.
Danielle comes from a family with 6 kids and has a twin sister, she enjoys telling people this fun fact and seeing their expressions! Here she learned how to become a go getter and work hard for things that matter. Danielle likes taking care of people and helping to guide our clients through the estate planning process.
