Fluent in Spanish, she also assists Spanish-speaking clients throughout the negotiation process, ensuring they fully understand their options and feel supported every step of the way.

Her professional background includes extensive experience in Human Resource Management and Higher Education. She has served as an HR Manager in the tech and healthcare industries, overseeing hiring, policy implementation, and organizational growth. In higher education, she taught Business Ethics at Temple University’s Fox School of Business and led faculty and administrative hiring for Temple’s College of Public Health and Fox School of Business.

Suzanne holds an MBA from La Salle University and speaks three languages. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and cooking, having visited more than 25 countries.
