Before joining the Debt Defense Team, Niccole held various leadership and analytical roles where she excelled at managing complex projects, vendor relations, and client communications. Her attention to detail and collaborative approach make her a trusted and respected member of any team.

Outside of work, Niccole enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, staying active outdoors, and cheering on her three daughters in their sports.
