Legal Assistant (Client Liaison and Legal Writing Assistant)
Jeferson Fianitog serves as a Legal Assistant, providing critical administrative and research support for the firm’s Debt Defense clients. With a strong background in legal document preparation, research, and case organization, he helps ensure that client matters are handled efficiently and with attention to detail.
Jeferson has experience working in legal and academic environments, including serving as a paralegal assistant in a law office and as an executive assistant supporting multi-department operations. In these roles, he managed case files, prepared affidavits and legal correspondence, conducted research, and coordinated schedules and communications to support attorneys and clients. His work also includes legal transcription, document drafting, and maintaining confidential records in compliance with professional standards.
In addition to his legal experience, Jeferson previously served as an Assistant Professor in criminology and public safety, where he conducted and published academic research and helped develop educational programs. This background strengthens his analytical skills, research capabilities, and ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
Jeferson holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Criminology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, both from the University of Baguio.
With strong organizational skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and a focus on accuracy, Jeferson plays an important role in supporting the firm’s legal team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
